Internal platforms
Job tracking, scheduling, inventory, case management, approvals — the operational system your business runs on day to day.
When spreadsheets have stopped coping and off-the-shelf software does not fit, we build the system that does — internal platforms, portals, dashboards, workflow automation and integrations between the tools you already run.
Off-the-shelf software is usually the cheaper and better choice, and we will say so when it is. Custom development earns its cost in a narrower set of cases: when your process is genuinely a competitive advantage and bending it to fit a product would lose that; when the per-seat licensing of a commercial tool now exceeds what building would cost; when the systems you rely on cannot talk to each other; or when compliance and reporting requirements no product covers.
If you are running the business out of shared spreadsheets, chasing approvals over WhatsApp, or paying staff to retype data between two systems, that is the point where custom software starts paying for itself.
Bespoke software becomes a liability when only one person understands it. We write documented, conventional code in mainstream frameworks, hand over every account and repository, and make sure another competent developer could pick it up.
You own the code outright. There is no licence that stops working if you stop working with us.
Systems that replace manual process, spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
Job tracking, scheduling, inventory, case management, approvals — the operational system your business runs on day to day.
Secure logins with role-based permissions so customers, staff and management each see exactly what they should and nothing more.
Live operational and financial reporting pulled from real data, with scheduled exports — replacing the monthly spreadsheet assembly job.
Approvals, notifications, document generation and scheduled jobs that remove the repetitive manual steps from a process.
APIs connecting accounting, CRM, payment and third-party systems so data is entered once instead of three times.
Granular permissions, full audit trails and data handling designed with regulatory and reporting obligations in mind.
A predictable sequence with fixed scope and no hourly surprises.
We sit with the people doing the work and map how it actually happens today — including the workarounds. Software built from an org chart instead of reality does not get used.
We split the system into phases so a genuinely useful first version is in your hands early rather than after a year of building.
The data model, permissions structure and integration points agreed and documented before implementation begins.
Working software on a staging environment every two weeks, reviewed by the people who will use it.
Existing data migrated and verified, staff trained, and a phased cutover so the business keeps running through the switch.
Post-launch support, monitoring and a change process for everything the business learns once the system is live.
Building a software system specifically for one organisation instead of buying a general-purpose product. It fits your exact process, integrates with your existing systems, and carries no per-seat licence fees — in exchange for a higher upfront cost and responsibility for its ongoing maintenance.
Not at the start, and often yes over several years. The comparison is upfront build cost plus maintenance against annual per-seat licensing across a growing team, plus the cost of the manual work a product that only half fits leaves in place. We help you run that comparison honestly, including the case for not building.
Yes, outright. Source code, repositories, cloud accounts and documentation are all transferred to you. Nothing stops working if you stop working with us, and any competent developer can take it forward.
Usually. If a system has an API — most accounting, CRM, payment and HR platforms do — we can connect to it. Where there is no API we can often work with scheduled file exchange or database-level integration. We confirm what is technically possible during scoping, before you commit.
We deliberately phase it. A focused first version covering the highest-value part of the process typically lands in a few months, with subsequent phases scheduled after real users have given feedback. Projects that try to deliver everything at once are the ones that fail.
They will — that is normal and it is the main advantage of owning your software. Changes go through a scoped and quoted change process, or through a retained monthly arrangement if you expect continuous development.
We are based in the Cayman Islands and deliver remotely. Local clients get in-person meetings; everyone else gets scheduled calls and a shared staging environment they can check any time.
A free, no-obligation call. You leave with a clear scope and a realistic budget range whether or not you work with us.
